Guide to Leather Care
- Clean up the leather surface from dust periodically. You can use dry and smooth cloth.
- Keep clear from water to avoid swelling on the surface of the leather, causing it to dry and crack. Keep it also clear from liquid stain that leaves mark on the surface of the leather. Should this happen, remove the stain from the surface of the leather immediately. Wipe it slowly by using dry and smooth cloth, then let it dry. Avoid sun exposure or blowdryer with extreme heat.
- Keep it properly if not being used for a long time. Put it inside a cloth vessel (please include silica gel to absorb moisture), then keep it in a dry place to avoid it becomes moldy.
- The most simplest way to take care a leather bag is by using it every day, treat it well, enjoying its aging-process as time goes by, perfectly.

We will gather and refine materials, references, ideas, and possibilities to create a design that is authentic, functional, and tailored to your needs.

Terms and Conditions
Shipping
Orders will be shipped after the buyer has confirmed payment and/or uploaded proof of payment. Delivery time estimates depend on the policies and services of the selected courier.
Verne Indonesia uses Go-Send by Go-Jek (for Surabaya area deliveries), JNE and J&T (for Surabaya and nationwide deliveries), and EMS/DHL (for international shipments).
Verne Indonesia is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by the courier service.
Warranty
Verne Indonesia provides a one-year repair warranty for every product with a registered serial number. The warranty covers defects in stitching and hardware components (including buckles, zipper rails, zipper heads, buttons, magnetic buttons, snap buttons, mortise locks, embedded magnets, and others).
Damage caused by intentional misuse or negligence — including damage to the leather (e.g., tearing) — is not covered under this warranty.
After one year of use, products that require repair may still be sent to us. We will do our best to repair them, subject to applicable fees and certain terms and conditions.
Verne Indonesia does not cover return shipping costs.
How to Submit a Repair Warranty Claim:
Please contact Verne Indonesia Admin Support via email or official contact channels, including a description of the damage and representative photos of the item. Kindly keep your warranty card safe so it can be used when submitting a claim.
Returns
If we make an error during the packing process and you receive a completely different item (in terms of type, color, etc.), please return the item to our address. Prior to returning it, we kindly ask that you contact Verne Indonesia Admin Support so we can properly identify and address the issue.
Once we receive the returned item, we will proceed with sending the correct product.
Items must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories and the original box.
This policy does not apply if the error or mistake was caused by the buyer.
Exchanges
Please carefully inspect your item as soon as it arrives. An exchange may be requested if there is a defect in the leather (which must be discussed beforehand so both parties have a mutual understanding of what qualifies as a “defect”), or if there is damage to the stitching or hardware that results in malfunction.
Items must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories and the original box.
Verne Indonesia does not cover return shipping costs.
Order
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, it can be tracked through the official website of the courier service you selected. We will notify you by email once the item has been dispatched, including the tracking number.
If you do not receive this information, please contact Verne Indonesia Admin Support.
Shipping Processing Time
The shipping label will indicate the date on which the item was dispatched. Delivery timeframes and any delays are subject to the policies and responsibility of the courier service you selected.
We recommend planning your purchase carefully to avoid urgency and to be better prepared for any unforeseen delays.
If an item is lost during transit, we will do our best to assist by contacting the courier service on your behalf.
